Returns
If we made a mistake, we will happily give you a 100% refund. You must notify us of the mistake within 10 days of receipt of goods.
If you made the mistake, a return may be arranged by obtaining an RA (Return Authorization) number which must be attached to the exterior of the package. RA's must be requested within 10 days of receipt of goods. A 20% restocking fee may be charged against your refund.
Damaged Goods
If you find you have received damaged goods, please contact your local Freight Carrier's office immediately. Please keep the box the merchandise was shipped in along with packing materials, as the package will have to be inspected.
